The Channels Bar & Brasserie Resident Discount Card – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
• The Channels Bar & Brasserie Resident Discount Card is exclusively available to residents of The Channels Estate and can be used only by individuals who possess a valid and current Card.
2. Card Usage:
• The Card entitles the holder to a 15% discount on food and beverage purchases made at The Channels Bar & Brasserie.
• The Card is non-transferable and can only be used by the Cardholder.
• The Card cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers
unless explicitly stated.
3. Validity:
• The discount provided by the Card is not valid on Sundays.
• The discount is also not applicable to tables with more than 6 people dining and
drinking.
4. Lost or Stolen Cards:
• If the Card is lost or stolen, please contact The Channels Bar & Brasserie. A replacement Card may be issued at the discretion of The Channels Bar & Brasserie, subject to a replacement fee of £5.00.
5. Misuse:
• The Channels Bar & Brasserie reserves the right to revoke the Card and its benefits if it is found to be used fraudulently, for unauthorised purposes, or in violation of these terms and conditions.
6. Exclusions:
• The discount provided by the Card is applicable only on regular-priced food and beverages. It does not apply to special menus, catering services, or other non- standard offerings unless explicitly stated.
• The Resident’s card discount is not applicable on special occasion dates such as New Year’s Day, Boxing Day, Valentine’s Day, and any other dates with fixed prices, limited-time offers, or special occasion menus. The card discount is valid for standard operating days and services only.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
• The Channels Bar & Brasserie reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Such changes will be posted on the website channelsestate.co.uk/residentscard and will be effective immediately upon posting.
8. Termination of the Program:
• The Channels Bar & Brasserie may terminate the Resident Discount Card program at any time without prior notice.
9. Privacy:
– By using the Resident Discount Card, Cardholders acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

The Channels Bar & Brasserie reserves the right to refuse service or revoke the Card if any of these terms and conditions are violated.
