We are thrilled to have launched our brand-new Chefs Table. A unique dining experience which has been a long time in the making. Let us take you on a journey that will see you discover the history of Channels and the making of the Bar & Brasserie, all while Head Chef Dan Pitts and his brigade take your taste buds on a one-off culinary journey through plentiful Essex- right to your plate.

The Chefs Table features “Menu 25” which has been inspired by family and childhood memories of Chef Dan and uses only the finest local ingredients sustainably sourced. The vast majority of our suppliers come from a 25-mile radius of our door- including our very own Chef’s Garden and honeybees!

Inspired by family & childhood memories
It’s here where we will take you on an exciting journey around plentiful Essex and the incredible local producers we have working with us which allows us to cook for you using only the very best ingredients of the County.

I take a lot of inspiration from my childhood in my cooking, and you will hear some stories along the way about where the idea for certain dishes came from.

I look forward to welcoming you personally to the Chefs Table at Channels.

The Chefs Table
The Chefs Table will run on Fridays during lunchtime and evening. Please allow 3 hours to enjoy the whole experience.

Minimum booking of 4 people and Maximum 8.

A £50 non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking to confirm your table.

Booking can be made via email only. Please email brasserie@channelestate.co.uk to book your table.
